Summary

This study tests whether playing digital brain games can improve visual memory and thinking skills in young adults (ages 18-35) with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. Sixty participants will be split into two groups: one plays games from the MentalUP app, the other continues their usual routine. Researchers will measure changes in memory and cognition over a year.
