First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone-based follow-up system plus nurse-led education can improve quality of life, weight loss, and exercise habits in 52 adults after bariatric surgery. Participants in the intervention group will use a digital tool and follow an 8-week exercise program starting four months after surgery. The goal is to see if these tools help patients stick with healthy lifestyle changes long-term.
