Summary
This study tests whether a digital exercise program with virtual group sessions helps prostate cancer patients on hormone therapy stick to exercise guidelines. Hormone therapy can cause fatigue, weight gain, and muscle loss, but exercise can help. The trial will enroll 160 men and compare the digital program to standard care, measuring activity levels at 6 months.
