Inclusion Criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with pulmonary obstruction after evaluation by a physician. 2. Elderly people aged 60 years or above. 3. Those who are literate, have clear consciousness and can communicate in Chinese and Taiwanese. 4. Those who agree to participate in this research and sign the consent form. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Patients with respiratory distress syndrome. 2. Those who use respirators. 3. Those who are unable to communicate due to cognitive impairment due to major mental illness or dementia. 4. Color blindness and visual impairment. 5. Those who do not have mobile phones or tablet computers at home and cannot obtain electronic equipment.
