Summary
This study is testing a digital support system to help people newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes better manage their condition. It combines a smartphone app for personalized lifestyle coaching with a computer tool that gives doctors data-driven treatment advice. Researchers will compare the health outcomes of 400 participants using this system to those receiving standard care to see if it improves diabetes control and reduces heart disease risk.
