Can a Home-Based digital program boost brain health in seniors?

Summary
This study tests a digital cognitive rehabilitation system called RICORDO for people with mild memory complaints, mild cognitive impairment, or early Alzheimer's dementia. The goal is to see if it improves overall thinking skills and helps participants better manage their own health. Around 102 participants will use the digital program or standard paper-and-pencil exercises at home for 5 weeks, with assessments before, after, and 6 months later.
