Summary
This study compares two online sleep programs in 456 pregnant people with insomnia to see if one can prevent depression during and after pregnancy. Participants receive either digital cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia or sleep hygiene education over six weeks. The goal is to find out if improving sleep can lower the risk of developing depression.
