Summary
This study is developing a personalized digital breathing game that children with bronchiectasis can use at home on a phone or computer to help clear their airways. The goal is to see if this game can replace the need for a physiotherapist for daily airway cleaning. The study will involve 40 children aged 7-18 and will measure their walking ability, breathing muscle strength, and quality of life.
