Summary

Up to 25% of pregnant women experience mental health issues like depression and anxiety. This trial tests a mobile app called HealthyMoms4MentalHealth designed to promote psychological wellbeing during pregnancy. Researchers will enroll 440 pregnant women in Sweden and measure changes in resilience and depressive symptoms compared to a control group using a standard lifestyle app.
