App aims to ease mental health struggles in pregnancy

Summary
This study tests a mobile app designed to support mental health during pregnancy and after birth. About 440 pregnant women will use the app or receive standard care. The goal is to see if the app helps them feel more resilient and reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety.
