This study tests whether a specially designed mobile app (HealthyMoms4MentalHealth) can improve mental well-being in pregnant women. About 440 women in early pregnancy will use the app, and researchers will measure changes in resilience and depression symptoms. The goal is to provide an easy, scalable way to support mental health during this critical time.
