Can your phone nudge you to move and feel better?
NCT ID NCT07130734
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple smartphone app can help people feel less depressed by encouraging them to be more active. For four weeks, some participants will get daily phone notifications suggesting they do physical activities they enjoy, while others will not. Researchers want to see if the app increases activity levels and reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety.
