Phone app aims to ease cancer journey at home

Summary
This study is testing a mobile phone app called SUPPORT+ to see if it helps adults with advanced cancer feel better and stay out of the hospital. Over 600 participants will either use the app alongside their usual care or receive only their usual palliative care. The app lets people report their symptoms weekly, gives them self-care advice, and alerts a nurse if serious issues arise.
