Can a fiber pill change how you feel after drinking?

NCT ID NCT06576674

Summary

This small, completed study tested whether a dietary supplement containing fiber and green tea extract could make people feel fuller and change their response to alcohol. Researchers gave 64 social drinkers either the supplement or a placebo before a controlled alcohol session in a lab. They measured changes in cravings, mood, and attention to see if feeling fuller affected the desire to drink.
