Summary
This study looks at how eating foods made with soybean oil or palm oil for 4 weeks changes blood fats and body weight in overweight adults. Sixteen participants will eat three study foods each day and have their blood tested. The goal is to see if these oils affect health differently and if people can tell which oil they are eating.
