Summary
This study tested whether a diet tailored to a person's specific food allergies could help control eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), a condition where the esophagus becomes inflamed. Fifty-six participants were randomly assigned to either the personalized diet or a sham diet. The goal was to see if the diet could reduce inflammation and improve swallowing symptoms.
