Summary
This study is testing whether following a specific elimination diet, called the Crohn's Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED), can make standard anti-TNF drug therapy work better for adults with active Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Researchers will compare patients who receive the drugs alone to those who receive the drugs plus the special diet. The goal is to see if the diet helps patients achieve remission, feel better, and improve their quality of life.
