Summary
This study looks at whether changing what you eat and taking probiotics can help reduce chronic pelvic pain in women who have both endometriosis and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). About 74 women aged 18 to 50 will be randomly assigned to one of three groups to test the effects. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to improve pain and quality of life.
