Summary

This study tests whether a dietitian-designed diet can improve constipation in people with Parkinson's disease. Fifty-four adults with Parkinson's and constipation will follow a personalized diet plan for 3 months. Researchers will track bowel movements, gut bacteria, and diet quality to see if the intervention helps.
