This study looked at whether an eight-week diet plus aerobic and resistance exercise program improves balance, muscle pain, daily function, and sleep more than diet alone in overweight women aged 18-50 with a BMI of 25-30. The study was terminated early, so results are limited. It aimed to enroll 24 participants.
