Summary
This study will test three different diet plans in 90 women with fibromyalgia who are also overweight. The goal is to see if a ketogenic diet, a Mediterranean diet, or a Mediterranean diet with added probiotics can reduce pain, improve sleep, and ease anxiety and depression. Participants will follow their assigned diet for 12 weeks, and researchers will track changes in symptoms, body measurements, and gut health.
