Summary
This study looks at how eating a high-fat diet can change the timing of your body's internal clock. Researchers will track 14 healthy, lean adults over 46 days, including 18 days spent in a research center. The goal is to understand how quickly the body's clock adjusts to a high-fat diet, which could help explain links between diet and health problems.
