Summary
This study looked at whether providing healthy Mediterranean-style meals to moms with obesity could change the fat content of their breast milk. 32 mothers who were exclusively breastfeeding and had a BMI between 30 and 50 took part. They received prepared meals for 4 weeks, and researchers measured changes in their milk and their babies' growth.
