Summary
This study tests if special breathing exercises can help people with GERD (heartburn and reflux). 42 adults will either do diaphragmatic breathing, use a spirometer (a breathing device), or receive standard care for 6 weeks. Researchers will check if these exercises reduce acid reflux, improve swallowing muscle function, and boost quality of life.
