Summary
This study looked at whether adding a diaphragm relaxation technique to standard cardiac rehab can improve sleep quality and breathing in people who had coronary artery bypass surgery. Researchers measured lung function, sleep quality, breathing muscle strength, and pain levels to see if the extra technique made a difference.
