Summary
This study tested if adding a new topical gel called PEP-TISSEEL to standard wound care could help heal diabetic foot ulcers better than standard care alone. It involved 59 adults with non-healing ulcers. Researchers compared the two groups to see which treatment led to more complete wound closure over 12 weeks.
