Summary
This study tests whether photos taken with a smartphone and a thermal camera can accurately measure the size of diabetic foot ulcers. Researchers will compare these photos to standard measurements taken in the clinic. The goal is to see if this method could allow doctors to monitor wounds remotely, reducing the need for in-person visits. The study involves 500 adults with diabetes who currently have a foot ulcer.
