New program helps Moms-to-Be tackle pregnancy diabetes

Summary
This study tested a nurse-led education program for pregnant women with gestational diabetes. 71 women took part, with some receiving the program and others standard care. The goal was to see if the program improved healthy behaviors, self-confidence, and health beliefs, and reduced complications for both mother and baby.
