Summary
This pilot study compares two approaches to reduce type 2 diabetes risk in 40 overweight adults with prediabetes. One group follows the standard Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) focusing on diet and exercise. The other group uses an enhanced version (DPP++) that also includes a sleep health app and time-restricted eating. The main goal is to see which group loses more weight over six months.
