NCT ID NCT05166785
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests whether a diabetes prevention program delivered via telehealth works as well as in-person classes for adults 65 and older with prediabetes. About 238 participants will be randomly assigned to either a tailored telehealth program or an in-person group. The goal is to see if both approaches lead to similar weight loss and blood sugar improvements, making prevention more accessible for seniors.
