First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether special cooking classes can help prevent type 2 diabetes in people who are at risk, including those with prediabetes. About 120 adults from underrepresented groups will take part in a 6-week program to learn healthy cooking and eating habits. Some participants will also wear a continuous glucose monitor to track their blood sugar. The goal is to see if the program is practical, well-liked, and can improve diet and health measures like blood sugar levels.
