Summary
This study tested a smartphone program that uses artificial intelligence and game-like features to help people with type 2 diabetes manage their blood sugar. 88 adults took part for 6 months. The goal was to see if the program was easy to use and could help lower A1C levels, especially for people living in rural areas.
