Summary
This study tests whether training primary care doctors and nurses on the latest diabetes management helps adults with type 2 diabetes achieve better blood sugar control. About 7,792 participants in Catalonia will be followed for two years. The goal is to see if this team-based education approach improves health outcomes like blood sugar and cholesterol.
