Summary
This study looks at whether giving extra training to primary care doctors and nurses helps people with type 2 diabetes manage their blood sugar better. About 7,792 adults in Catalonia will take part. The training focuses on current diabetes care, and researchers will track blood sugar levels and other health measures over two years.
