Summary
This study aims to test a new community-based healthcare strategy to improve the management and control of type 2 diabetes in urban Bangladesh. It will involve 5,000 adult residents and compare a combined community-and-clinic approach against standard clinic-only care. The goal is to see if this integrated model helps more people get their diabetes under control and follow their treatment plans.
