Summary
This study tested whether a continuous glucose monitor (CGM)-based advisory system helps adults with type 1 diabetes manage their blood sugar better than standard sensor-augmented therapy. 88 participants used the system, which also considered their personal habits and feelings to give tailored advice. The goal was to improve glucose control and reduce the mental burden of diabetes management.
