First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tested whether phosphatidylserine supplements, with or without DHA (an omega-3), could improve attention and thinking in children with ADHD. 45 children aged 10-14 who were not on ADHD medication took the supplements or a placebo for 8 weeks. Researchers measured changes in attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity using computer and paper tests.
