First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether phosphatidylserine (PS) supplements, with or without DHA (an omega-3 fat), could improve thinking skills in children with ADHD. 45 medication-free children aged 10-14 took PS or a placebo for 8 weeks. Researchers measured attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity using computer tests. The goal was to see if these natural supplements could ease ADHD symptoms without medication.
