Summary
This early-stage study tested a new drug called DF6215, both alone and combined with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab), in 35 adults with advanced solid tumors that could not be removed by surgery. The main goals were to find a safe dose and check for early signs that the treatment might help control the cancer. This was a first-in-human trial, meaning it was the first time DF6215 was given to people.
