Summary
This study tests whether giving dexmedetomidine or lidocaine through a vein can prevent agitation when waking up from sinus surgery. Eighty adults having elective sinus surgery under general anesthesia will be randomly assigned to one of the two drugs. The main goal is to see which medicine better reduces confusion and restlessness after the procedure.
