Summary

This study looks at how two different doses of a sedative called dexmedetomidine change the amount of anesthesia (sevoflurane) needed to prevent movement during surgery in children aged 1 month to 3 years. About 180 children will take part. The goal is to find the right dose to safely reduce anesthesia use.
