NCT ID NCT06367725
First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study follows 100 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) to see how the steroid dexamethasone moves through their blood and spinal fluid, and whether it affects bone density or causes nerve side effects. Participants continue their standard treatment and provide extra blood and spinal fluid samples, plus bone scans and questionnaires. The goal is to better understand the drug's effects, not to test a new therapy.
