First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study is tracking how well the DETOUR system works in everyday medical practice for people with long blockages or severe narrowing in the leg arteries. About 450 participants who are not good candidates for surgery or other less invasive treatments will be enrolled. The main goals are to see if the treated artery stays open without needing another procedure and to check for serious problems like death, repeat procedures, or leg amputation within the first month.
