Summary

This study is tracking how well the DETOUR system works in everyday medical practice for people with long blockages or severe narrowing in the leg arteries. About 450 participants will be followed to see if the treatment keeps arteries open without needing another procedure and to check for major complications within 30 days. The goal is to confirm the device is a safe and effective option for patients who may not be good candidates for surgery or other less invasive treatments.
