Immune system may guide lighter chemo for aggressive breast cancer

Summary
This study tests a personalized, lighter chemotherapy approach for women with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer. Treatment is adjusted based on immune cell levels in the tumor and imaging results. About 40 women with stage I or II disease will receive fewer chemo drugs if their immune markers are strong. The goal is to see if this tailored plan can still eliminate the cancer while reducing side effects.
