New school program aims to shield vulnerable teens from depression

Summary

This study tests a school-based program called 'Op Volle Kracht' to prevent depression and suicide in teens attending special education schools. About 236 students with mild depressive symptoms will either receive the program or be monitored. The goal is to see if the program reduces depressive symptoms and helps teens stay mentally healthy.
