Summary
This study looks at whether placing a dental implant slightly deeper (2 mm below the bone) helps preserve bone around the implant compared to placing it at the bone level. It involves 30 adults with thin gums who need a single tooth replaced. Participants will get an implant and be followed for one year with checkups and X-rays to measure bone loss, gum health, and satisfaction.
