This study involved 20 adults with no teeth in their lower jaw who needed six dental implants. Researchers compared implants that were loaded (had a tooth replacement attached right away) with those that were not loaded or healed differently. The goal was to see which approach led to better implant survival, bone health, and patient satisfaction over 24 months.
