Summary
This study aimed to see which type of surgical guide is more accurate for placing dental implants in patients missing their back teeth. Researchers compared a newer computer-designed (CAD-CAM) guide to a traditional lab-made guide. They measured how closely the final implant position matched the original digital plan in 27 patients.
