Human vs. cow bone grafts: which works better for dental implants?

NCT ID NCT06722482

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two common bone graft materials works better for preserving jawbone after a front tooth is extracted. Fifty adults needing a dental implant will be randomly assigned to receive either a freeze-dried human bone graft or a collagen-enriched cow bone graft. Researchers will measure how well each material maintains bone shape and supports the later implant over a year.
