Summary
This study tests whether 3D-printed custom nightguards whiten teeth better and cause less sensitivity than traditional ones. Forty adults with stained teeth will use a bleaching gel at home for several weeks. Researchers will measure color change, tooth pain, and gum irritation to find the best tray design.
